A Perth based theatre company that is committed to making musical theatre fun, accessible and empowering for all .

Adrenaline was born from a collaborative vision to redefine musical theatre and amateur dramatics productions in Perth. In 2020, we began to prepare a teaching and training cycle that would allow us to facilitate holiday musical theatre workshops and turn them into musical theatre productions.

We feel that the Arts sector can illude to being an exclusive club. Participants and audience can only be of a particular demographic.

We want to crush that perception and bring the love of performing Arts into as many children’s homes as possible.

Inspire

We seek to inspire the greater community throughout remote and rural collaborations and ventures. We want to ensure amateur dramatics education is accessible to all members of the community.

The Team

Harriet Wimhurst

Operations Manager & Creative Director

Harriet started dancing at a dance school in London at just 4 years old. Harriet very quickly felt the magic of the West End and the world of Musical Theatre. Harriet has never stopped dancing and after graduating High School went on to study Musical Theatre full time learning all styles of dance, acting and singing. Harriet has performed in many musicals including Guys and Dolls, Witches of Eastwick and Nine. Harriet has also choreographed many musicals including; A Slice of Saturday Night, Grease and High School Musical. One of Harriet’s highlights was choreographing and performing alongside her husband in a cabaret style Musical at Fremantle Prison. Harriet’s passion is helping and caring for others which is shown in all aspects of her life working with students at risk in Primary Schools and helping children of all ages shine brightly on stage. All Harriet’s passions and hardwork was realised when she Co-Founded Adrenaline Theatre Association. Harriet hopes you enjoy how brightly these stars shine.
Lizzie Clarke-Martin

Administration Manager

Lizzie is a passionate performer with an infatuation for musical theatre. She discovered her love for the arts at a young age, deciding that she would pursue her desire to share that love with others. Lizzie is a dedicated student of the arts, constantly seeking opportunities to expand her skills and explore new ways to be a part of the Perth theatre community. She’s always wanted to be part of a company that fosters the growth of young talent, and that is why she’s so thrilled to be the Administrations Manager here at Adrenaline Theatre Association! She’s been exploring the stage in many different shows such as The Wizard of Oz, The Little Mermaid JR, Seussical the Musical JR, Shrek the Musical as Donkey, 10 Things: The Musical, Legally Blonde JR. She’s also worked behind the curtain in shows such as The Jungle Book KIDS, Finding Nemo KIDS, and Elf The Musical JR.
